  • Conditions of admission The basic condition for admission to the Bachelor's studies at the Faculty of Informatics of the PEVŠ, in both full-time and part-time forms of study, is the acquisition of a complete secondary education or a complete secondary vocational education. Students are admitted without entrance examinations . The Faculty of Informatics will also allow all prospective students to get acquainted with the studies at the faculty by a personal visit. Admission to study is decided by the Dean on the basis of the recommendation of the Admissions Committee in accordance with the conditions set for admission. The result of the admission procedure will be communicated to the applicant in writing. Conditions for international students Foreign applicants and applicants who have completed their secondary education or part of it abroad are obliged under Act No.596/2003 Coll. on state administration in education and school self-government and on amendment and supplementation of certain regulations, as amended, to apply to the competent regional education authority for recognition (nostrification) of the document of education of a graduate of secondary school abroad, or for the issuance of a certificate of equivalence of the document of education (in the case of states with which the Slovak Republic has concluded an agreement on mutual recognition of documents of education).
